Cancellation Policy 
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, the order will be processed and can no longer be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Return Policy 
For custom-made night guards, the included Impression Kit (putties and tray) is non-returnable once opened or used due to hygienic and safety reasons. Each kit is sealed to maintain its hygiene, ensuring that all materials remain clean and safe for use. This policy helps maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers. If a return is requested, a refund will be issued excluding the cost of the impression kit and any shipping fees.
